We are pleased to have completed the first ever Green Property Condition Assessment (GPCA) for the HUD OAHP Mark-to-Market program, and we were a primary go-to consultant for the ARRA Green Retrofit multifamily program. An objective of the Green PCA report is to identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency, maximize utility efficiency, and increase a property's sustainability. A key benefit of the GPCA is to capitalize upon utility reduction, whereby lessening the resident's burden and increasing a property's net operating income (NOI).
