We at D3G love what we do! Our company motto is "Work Hard, Play Hard". We are committed to the highest quality of work; but to maintain that constant focus the firm must provide an environment to blow off a little steam. That is why we work hard as a team, but also have fun as a team. D3G is known for our recreational adventures which include the following fun events:

Annual Thursday-Friday Holiday Ho-Down

Supporting the Work Hard – Play Hard mentality, we reward the entire team with a festive 2-day celebration, a holiday party Thursday night followed by bowling on Friday. As the staff has grown from 1 to 90+ we have sized ourselves out of many of Richmond’s better restaurants. This year we held our party in a converted historic tobacco warehouse on the James River, overlooking the Richmond skyline. Simply Beautiful!

Canoeing the James River in the Summer

As ardent supporters of the preservation of the James River, each year the company makes a pilgrimage to the upper James with the focus on relaxation and fun. We have a no cell-phone policy as we lazily float and shoot the rapids of the James River.

To show our appreciation for the families of our employees, we throw a giant party, complete with jumpies, games and the best BBQ in Virginia!

Halloween

Our enthusiasm for the “Play Hard” portion of our company motto spills into business hours if Halloween falls on a week day. The best dressed award is a coveted trophy around the office.

Paintball Adventures in the Spring

Each Spring, the staff dons as much camouflage as they can, gets loose and chases each other around shooting paintballs. Talk about a great method of team-building!

Thanksgiving

At D3G we have many reasons to give thanks and we celebrate those reasons by having our very own company Thanksgiving dinner. With 90+ employees bringing pot-luck side dishes and desserts, combined with deep-fat frying turkeys, everyone is sure to be stuffed.
