Dominion Due Diligence Group (D3G) has produced Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), HUD Form 4128 Reports, and Project Capital Needs Assessments (PCNAs) for HUD/FHA Mortgage Lenders since our incorporation in 1994.
With the addition of an Architectural Evaluation and Cost Estimation services division, D3G has evolved into the leading nationwide consultant for HUD MAP projects.
Since the inception of MAP, we had successfully completed thousands of HUD MAP projects throughout the United States and our staff has been approved by all of the HUD Hub offices.
Programs completed include, but are not limited to:
- 202/811 - provides capital advances to finance the construction, rehabilitation or acquisition with or without rehabilitation of structures that will serve as supportive housing for very low-income elderly persons, including the frail elderly, and provides rent subsidies for the projects to help make them affordable
- 207 - insures mortgage loans to finance the construction or rehabilitation of a broad range of rental housing
- 207M - insures mortgage loans to facilitate the construction or substantial rehabilitation of multifamily manufactured home parks
- 213 - insures mortgage loans to facilitate the construction, substantial rehabilitation, and purchase of cooperative housing projects. Each member shares in the ownership of the whole project with the exclusive right to occupy a specific unit and to participate in project operations through the purchase of stock
- 220 - multifamily housing projects in urban renewal, code enforcement and other areas where local governments have taken designated revitalization activities
- 221(d)(3) & (4) - new construction or substantial rehabilitation of multifamily rental or cooperative housing for moderate-income families, elderly, and the handicapped
- 223(f) - purchase or refinancing of existing multifamily rental housing
- 231 - insures mortgage loans to facilitate the construction and substantial rehabilitation of multifamily rental housing for elderly persons (62 or older) and/or persons with disabilities
- 232 - construction and substantial rehabilitation of nursing homes, intermediate care facilities, board and care homes, and assisted-living facilities
- 232/223(f) - purchase or refinancing of nursing homes, intermediate care facilities, board and care homes and assisted-living facilities with or without repairs of existing projects not requiring substantial rehabilitation
- 236 (Decoupling) - multifamily mortgage insurance with subsidies on interest for low/moderate income projects
- 241(a) - insures mortgage loans to finance repairs, additions, and improvements to multifamily rental housing and health care facilities with FHA insured first mortgages or HUD-held mortgages
- 242 - hospital financing during construction, refinancing, modernization, remodeling, equipment purchasing and expansion
- Hope VI - revitalizing severely distressed public housing
- Mark-to-Market (M2M) - restructuring of multifamily properties insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) when their contracts expire
