Comprehensive inspection reports are prepared upon completion of testing and all reports include a detailed site-specific risk assessment and response recommendation cost estimates. We offer lead inspection services to comply with all of your needs, including:

LEAD HAZARD RISK ASSESSMENT
D3G can prepare comprehensive lead risk assessment plans. To comply with insurance agency requests, public housing authority requirements, or cases of lead contamination and associated litigation, we offer a lead liability and risk assessment program. This program holistically investigates a facility for potential sources of lead contamination. Lead identification includes the determination of lead in painted surfaces (interior and exterior surfaces), drinking water sources, settled dusts, and soils of a property. The results are compared to federal, state, local and industry standards, and the culmination of observed results aid in developing a risk factor for the subject site.
LEAD ABATEMENT WORK PLANS AND ABATEMENT MONITORING
The diverse staff at D3G has considerable experience in preparing management plans and remediation specifications for identified lead hazards. Our personnel can assist in developing lead abatement remediation plans, and can provide industrial hygienists on lead abatement projects to inspect work practices, conduct daily air sampling, monitor regulatory compliance, and provide final project clearance documentation.
